When you select the check-out button, you will be redirected to an Account Sign-up/Login Screen. If you have established an account with us, you can log-in to your account by typing in your User ID and Password.  This will pull up the billing and shipping information you previously entered, saving you time on typing.  

If you have not yet established an account with us, click on Create New Account.  Enter the requested information.  

If you do not wish to set up an Account, you can enter your information each time you visit by selecting Place Order Without Account.

The order form process involves the following steps.

1. Log In/Account Set-up - Either login to your account, sign up for your account or enter your single session information.
    

2. Review Account Information - Review your shipping and billing contact information presented to you on the first screen.  Select your Shipping Method and Payment Method. The next screen will total your order and shipping fees.  If you agree, click Continue.  This places the final order.
    

3. Invoice Screen - Your invoice will be displayed.  Print this out for your records (two copies if you are paying by Check - one to be mailed with payment).  You will receive a copy of your invoice in the email address box you provided.
