FORMS OF PAYMENT:

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. You may also pay by check.

SALES TAX:

We are required to collect a 6.25% sales tax for deliveries to Massachusetts only.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

In stock items will be shipped immediately. Most custom grilles will be shipped 
within 3 to 5 days. Certain complex custom grilles will be shipped within 7 to 10 days.

RETURNS:

Cape Cod Air Grilles’ workmanship is warranted for one year. Standard size grilles can be returned within 30 days from date of purchase with prior approval from our company. THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM SIZE GRILLES.

PLEASE NOTE: 

Cape Cod Air Grilles are strong and durable. Many customers ask if they can be walked on. The answer to this is yes, if the grille is up to 6” wide in our standard sizes. They can be walked on with normal body weight. Any grille larger than 6” will need to be braced or supported underneath in order to avoid breakage.
